Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 10, 2026
Last Updated: September 10, 2026
LDS Enterprise LLC, doing business as Luda AI ("Luda AI," "we," "us," or "our"), operates the website located at goluda.ai (the "Site") and provides web development, local marketing, and AI automation services to small businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you.
This Privacy Policy applies to goluda.ai, our client-facing systems, and our related services. It does not apply to any HIPAA-regulated services, patient data, or protected health information, which are governed by separate notices where applicable.
By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Cookie consent choices are managed via the banner shown on first visit, and can be changed at any time by clearing browser storage and reloading the Site.
Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
Contact and lead forms. When you submit our contact or qualifying form, we collect information such as your business name, whether you currently have a website, your main goal for the project, your timeline, and your email address and/or phone number.
Client onboarding. If you become a client, we collect additional business information necessary to deliver services, which may include:
- Legal business name, business entity type, and Employer Identification Number (EIN) or equivalent tax identifier
- Physical business address, business phone number, and business email
- Owner or authorized contact name, mobile number, and email
- Business license information, services offered, and service area
- Logos, photos, and other brand assets
- Access credentials or authorized access to third-party accounts (such as your Google Business Profile), where needed to deliver services
We collect this information because certain services (including missed-call text back and automated messaging) require registration with third-party communications carriers and industry registries, which in turn require verified business identity information. We collect only what is reasonably necessary to deliver the services you've engaged us for.
Email signup. If you join our email list, we collect your email address.
Direct communications. If you email us, message us on social media, or otherwise contact us directly, we collect whatever information you choose to share.
1.2 Your Customers' Information
If you engage our messaging or automation services, we will process contact information belonging to your own customers (such as phone numbers and message content) on your behalf, solely to deliver the services described in your Service Agreement (for example, sending a missed-call text or a review request on your behalf). We act as a service provider with respect to this data; you remain responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from your customers to be contacted.
1.3 Information Collected Automatically
Meta Pixel. We use the Meta Pixel, a tracking tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., on our Site. The Meta Pixel collects information about your visit, including pages viewed and actions taken on the Site, and uses cookies to do so. We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to build custom and lookalike audiences. Meta may combine this data with other information it has about you consistent with Meta's own Data Policy, available at facebook.com/privacy/policy. You can manage your ad preferences through your Meta account or at optout.aboutads.info.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) on our Site, which uses cookies to collect information about your visit. You can learn more at policies.google.com/privacy, and opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Standard technical data. Our Site and hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, and general usage data for security and performance purposes.
1.4 Information We Do Not Collect Through the Site
We do not collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, financial account numbers, or health information through the public Site. Business registration information (such as an EIN) is collected only from clients through our secure onboarding process, not through the public-facing Site.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your inquiry and follow up about our services
- Evaluate whether our services are a fit for your business
- Deliver services you've engaged us for, including building your website and configuring automation and messaging tools
- Register your business with third-party carriers and registries where required for messaging features
- Send you information you've requested, such as a free preview or resources
- Send occasional emails about guides, tools, and updates if you've opted in
- Measure and improve the performance of our advertising
- Maintain and secure our systems
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your information for any purpose beyond operating and marketing our business and delivering the services you've engaged us for.
How We Store Your Information
Form submissions and general business data are stored in our own private database. Client accounts, once onboarded, are additionally configured within a third-party customer relationship management and messaging platform that we use to deliver services such as missed-call text back, review automation, and lead capture (see Section 4). Internally, access to client data is limited to Luda AI personnel who need it to deliver services.
Who We Share Information With
We share information only in the following circumstances:
- With our third-party service providers, including our hosting provider, database provider, and our customer relationship management and business messaging platform provider, solely to the extent needed to operate the Site and deliver the services described in your Service Agreement
- With third-party communications carriers and industry registries, solely to register your business for automated messaging features as authorized in your Service Agreement
- With Meta Platforms, Inc., via the Meta Pixel, as described in Section 1.3
- As required by law, such as in response to a valid subpoena, court order, or other legal process
- In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your information may be transferred as part of that transaction
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies
The Site uses cookies placed by the Meta Pixel for advertising and retargeting purposes. We do not currently use other advertising cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings; note that doing so may affect how ads related to our business are shown to you elsewhere, but will not affect your ability to use the Site itself.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar laws in other states, including the right to know what personal information we've collected, request access to or a copy of it, request deletion, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Our use of the Meta Pixel may be considered "sharing" under some state laws. To opt out, you can decline to submit our forms or join our email list, adjust your ad preferences directly through Meta, or contact us and we will honor opt-out requests related to our own use of your data.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at lucas@goluda.ai. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Data Retention and Deletion Upon Cancellation
While you are an active client, we retain your business and customer contact data as needed to deliver services. If you cancel your service, you may request an export of your contact and message data within thirty (30) days of cancellation, which we will provide within a reasonable time. After thirty (30) days, we may delete your account and associated data without further notice, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes.
Email Communications
If you sign up for our email list or submit a form, we may send you marketing emails about our services, guides, and updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, including honoring opt-out requests promptly and using accurate sender information.
Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and administrative steps to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page; continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
