Send us a CSV or export from your booking system: patient name, contact info, and last appointment date. We do not need clinical notes, treatment records, or any medical information. Just the basics.
We filter your list for patients who came in 90+ days ago and never rebooked. We cross-reference against your current schedule to make sure we’re not reaching out to anyone already booked. You get a clean count before anything goes out.
We write every message in your voice: your practice name, your tone, your branding. You see every word before we send anything. Nothing goes out without your explicit approval. If something doesn’t sound right, we rewrite it.
Not from us.
Messages go out under your practice’s name, from a subdomain of your existing domain (mail.yourpractice.com), authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC so they land in inboxes, not spam folders. SMS goes from a tracked number that forwards to your front desk. Replies come back to you.
We work on a performance basis. You only pay when a lapsed patient books through one of our campaigns. Nothing upfront, no retainer, no setup fee. If we run a campaign and nobody books, you pay nothing.
Our first five clients lock in a 10% founding rate for the life of their engagement with us. After that, our standard rate is 20% of the booked service value. No-shows and same-day cancellations don’t count as a booking, so you’re never charged for an appointment that didn’t happen.

We sign a BAA before we touch a single patient record. Every vendor in our stack, including SMS, email, scheduling, and automation, operates under a signed BAA.
We never put treatment names, diagnoses, or clinical details in any message. Every outreach is general, warm, and compliant. “We miss you. Here’s an opening this week” not “Time for your Botox.”
We verify SMS consent during onboarding. Every message includes a one-click opt-out. Anyone who replies STOP is removed immediately and never contacted again.
